Transition to duct may not work with current geometry at high level within partition.

Secondary steel support to be completed- Bean LRC arch windows 1st floor

Awaiting arch formers- Bean LRC 1FL

North elevation mortar fillet to parapet to be redone- poor quality. To be as East elevation parapet

Awaiting bulkhead lining to be formed. CVA to confirm penetration to bulkhead face for projector

Fire-rated screens 1FL Bean LRC- HCL to confirm strap fixing/ finish

Fire-rated screen- internal lining/ finish to seminar stair- window not flush/ detail inconsistent to perimeter- BE.IW.01.01

Fire-rated screens 1FL Bean LRC- making good around walls required

Cunliffe 2FL doors/ doorsets- head detail poor/ oversized for doorset. HCL to address

Bean West elevation

Clearance between last beam and arch head less than CVA detail. Clearance required for retractable screen. Also lining required for insitu concrete beam GL D- refer CVA detail BE 12.3

Cunliffe concrete precast soffitt made good CU 01.10

CU.ID.01.02- HCL to ensure head adequately packed/ fire-stopped

CU.01.19 Cunliffe stair- plaster transition between wall and ceiling not straight- HCL to address

Cunliffe CU.02.01 bulkhead/ grille misaligned- HCL to address

Bean parapet GL d3- Still incomplete and information required from HCL regarding alternative strategy- Action HCL

Dormer window installed but lining to be adapted to allow proper alignment with frame for airtightness

HCL to provide details of how door will be installed/ frame/ architrave where not flush as CVA detail- Action HCL

Opening up- Bean old stair 1FL ceiling- awaiting glasroc/ lighting

Openings formed for light fittings old stair bean

Insulation required to upstand as CVA detail- BE.EW.01.06

Bead damaged- to be replaced before glass installed

Bean 1FL- cavity tray installation to squint wall still required

HCL to confirm where setting out not followed to seminar stair lighting as affecting HTP joinery- Action HCL

BE.EW.01.05 installed at wrong height- timber lining to be consistent to perimeter of general reading room- HCL to step/ adjust as discussed on site

Capping to triangle flat roof to be addressed- as earlier comments

Cill to Marshalls office damaged- HCL to address

Door BE.ED.00.04- escape door fitted with lock/ latch- not as comments/ CVA schedule. HCL to address.

Window seal over door head also damaged to BE.ED.00.04- HCL to address

Cunliffe South Elevation awaiting brick remedials. HCL to advise of method statements for lintel moving/ windposts etc. as previously requested- Action HCL
