HCL to infill with MDF where infill grille has been omitted by Bower Fuller and return air grille relocated to u/ side of bulkhead. Action HCL

Resin troughs to Bean washrooms not protected. Soap dispensers/ reservoirs to be ordered/ fitted- setting out as CVA thrislington comments- Action HCL

Bower Fuller to forward proposals for refectory ductwork/ roof penetration where rerouted. HCL to advise on revisions to fire protection/ bulkhead or dampers where required between compartment lines- Action BF/ HCL

Steelwork to arcade- installation underway

Height of bookcase lighting to be reviewed in light of higher shelf provision for school- CVA/ BF/ Rackline to liaise and resolve

Existing chandelier/ containment to be removed- CVA to review remedials if required

HCL to carry out lintel support to Old Bean

All redundant cabling/. conduit to be removed as contract- Action HCL

Steelwork/ glazed screen misaligned. Geometry of concrete ramp + steelwork different- HCL discrepancy. HCL to propose remedial works to deal with discrepancy- also air tightness/ linings- Action HCL

Ditto to roof/ flashing- Action HCL

Cunliffe new stair- screed to landing complete-awaiting steelwork. Revised drawings still to be forwarded to CVA for comment as currently status C- Action HCL

CVA to instruct boxing out of remedial steelwork to 1FL Cunliffe- Action CVA

Grille installed to EAL classroom

Fire-rated doors not fitted as CVA details- HCL to advise of trims/ details to resolve

Wall lights installed- make good plaster to perimeter where hole oversized

window reveal to Cunliffe CU.EW.02.08- finish and airtight issues not as CVA detail- to be addressed- Action HCL

Arches to be pointed where formwork removed. Central joint over CVA allowed tolerance- refer reference panel- HCL comment required

Steelwork installation to arcade underway

Dormer aluminium to be amended w/ vertical joint and head to project beyond window- Action HCL

 

Cunliffe south elevation awaiting remedial works/ proposals to be confirmed by HCL- Action HCL

BE.ED.00.04 window installation underway- screed to be made good

HCL to make good where penetrations in wall do not align with Dado

Head/ reveal to Cunliffe dormer to be addressed for airtightness. Also not to CVA detail- refer CU 13.3. HCL to rebuild-
