Scabbling still has not been carried out to concrete  reveal to BE.EW.01.04 despite assurances that this would be carried out BEFORE brickwork commenced at first floor level (refer email correspondence). Former now in place. Concrete out of required tolerances as Engineers specification. CONDEMNED- Action HCL.

Water ingress to GFL plant area. This area must be watertight, clear and secure before any mechanical or electrical installations commence.
