Builderswork through Beam to BE.00.14 to be moved as far to LHS as possible. CVA to instruct additional bulkhead for services adjacent wall to existing Bean stair GFL

HRW to confirm builderswork allowances to GFL beams to old Bean refurb adjacent south elevation high level

Bower Fuller to introduce additional containment to access roof void in main roof Bean refurb, avoiding location of retractable projector screen

Bower Fuller to introduce additional containment to access roof void in smaller roof void in Bean refurb adjacent velux, beyond hatch location

Cunliffe GFL GL G/1- brickshield low level not yet completed and soon inaccessible- HCL to ensure brick slips and insulation go below profile also in this area- Action HCL

RWP pipework- HCL to ensure coordination where rwp outlet locations altered and additional bends added- Action HCL

Scabbling still has not been carried out to concrete reveal to BE.EW.01.04 despite assurances that this would be carried out BEFORE brickwork commenced at first floor level (refer email correspondence). Former now in place. Concrete out of required tolerances as Engineers specification. CONDEMNED- Action HCL.

Air tight ceiling lining underway to Bean LRC 1FL. However building is not watertight and new linings are already wet. CONDEMNED. remove and make watertight before rebuilding.- Action HCL

Drylining to Cunliffe Mechanical riser 1. Diamond drilling of slab carried out after drylining. All boards damaged. CONDEMNED. remove and replace.- Action HCL
