Attenuating cowls sitting too high above roof finish- radius to fitting does not accommodate build up of lead over duct- HCL to remake lower section of cowls and refit

 Cunliffe/ Bean interface- low level brickshield still incomplete and inaccessible as earlier CVA comments- HCL to advise

 Cunliffe East Stair 2FL- discrepancy from HRW detail as previously raised- HCL to provide detail as built and confirm compliance/ calcs for guarding requirements- Action HCL
