 Tray installation commenced to Bean LRC Hall GFL

 1FL Bean LRC. Airtight ceiling plasterboard to be replaced where panels damaged by water ingress.
 M&E coordinator to forward drawing of overlay of 1200 grid of unistrut/ structural ties/ mechanical plant

 Cunliffe CU.01.20 walls to stairwell to be lined- plasterboards to be dabbed on. grout to be chipped away carefully high level.

 Cunliffe 2FL insulation. All insulation to be secured, gaps taped etc. to ensure U values achieved, continuity achieved.

CVA to review provision for fireproofing of steel and instruct accordingly

Setting out of radiators discussed with Bower Fuller. Disabled cubicles CU.00.10 and CU.01.13 incorrectly set out- space provision inadequate- Vales to adjust partitions accordingly to CVA setting out

Grout now added GL D 1FL Bean LRC where required.

Cunliffe Hit and miss now built in solids. Remedials still to be carried out where incorrect

1FL Cunliffe brickshield ongoing

Cunliffe South Elevation overview. Brickwork at mid 1FL level. HCL to ensure adequate ties added as specified

Bean Refurb roof. Gutter level/ projection to be confirmed following installation of insulation

Flashing to pitched dormer/ valley detail

Soaker installation complete- awaiting flashing

Bean LRC roof- Bauder/ outlet levels/ pooling to be addressed with lower level insulation around outlet.
