 Bricks cannot be salvaged- HCL confirm that 20000 No. additional bricks secured. All reinforcement to be reinstated as originally specified. Action HCL

 Stair BE.00.11. Bottom tread/ stair set too low. HCL to raise. Also screed not set for matwell recess as required. HCL to adjust

 Further adjustment required to screeds/ levels GFL BeanLRC / Bean refurb. Action HCL

 CVA to instruct minor area of render to be carefully removed adjacent BE.ED.00.04.

 Bean 1FL airtight ceilings. Mastic seal/ full board coverage required to form air tightness line. HCL to address throughout
