 Overview- Bean LRC

 Arcade arch rebuilt- single skin. HCL to ensure mortar fill between when second skin added

 Arcade arches to be removed/ reset where too high

 Refectory servery opening formed

 Bean back stair precast unit still to be reset- note low first tread

 Cunliffe north elev- brickshield underway. HCL to advise programme for construction of brickshield below metal profile

Arcade/ Cunliffe interface- Internal joint unacceptable- too wide and not as sample panel- specials to be used to corner as CVA details

 Arch infill joint unacceptable as soft joint required. HCL to ensure consistent 10mm gap between arch and infill panel for mastic bead. Refer reference panel for brick cutting quality requirement

 CVA to advise of lining detail to Bean entrance lobby GFL

 brickwork prep GFL to Bean Refurb. CVA to advise regarding brick match where new bricks required

 Downpipe to be to show onto roof with outlet below, not as currently built

 Bauder roof to triangle roof area still required

 Unistruct to seminar stair ceiling

 Intumescent paint to steelwork Cunliffe

 Riser opening- full cutaway not required- HCL to provide infill grille or vertical guarding for fall protection.

2FL Cunliffe AHU where airtight ceiling. caulk required to interface between timber and boards.

 Bean link roof- awaiting insulation/ outlets
Cunliffe 2FL doorway opening onto roof also to be formed

Bean Plant steelwork now in situ

 Bean roof upstand- areas formed around scaffold. HCL to advise how these areas will be made good and form adequate substrate for Bauder membrane

 CVA to provide detail for upstand/ return to roof adjacent plant areas

 TV aerial containment. Insulation to be formed around where brickshield applied

 Bean Hall GFL- speaker containment. CVA to forward meeting notes with ESL to confirm AV equipment locations and containment routes/ fixings

Soft joint to brickshield- HCL to advise of location for soft joint if different from CVA drawings

Hit and miss brickwork- Cunliffe- HCL to adjust where coursing incorrect
