HCL to advise of remedial works to concrete to ensure correct coverage and alternative higher performing insulation to ensure cavity is fully maintained and required U value also achieved. Action HCL

Brickwork over steel to Old Bean completed but incorrectly set out- condemned. HCL to rebuild- see below:

Brickwork to RHS of beam projecting. Line is also inconsistent. Condemned.
Inadequate support to brickwork where adjacent to existing wall/ behind steel insertion. Condemned- to be rebuilt in alignment with steel and with adequate support. Action HCL
