BE.EW.01.03. Arch concrete very poor to arch reveal. High levels of honeycombing to radius. Reveal not square. HCL to provide details of remedial works
BE.EW.01.03/ 04 internal corner. Note notch to reveal LHS. HCL to provide details of remedial works
BE.EW.01.03/ 04 external corner. Significant honeycombing. HCL to provide details of remedial works
External wall face adjacent BE.EW.01.03- aggregates and potentially rebar exposed. HCL to provide details of remedial works
Reveal of arch to BE.EW.01.03- honeycombing and warped surface/ embeded nail to reveal. Unacceptable finish and geometry- outside of specified tolerances. HCL to provide details of remedial works
Central north elev arch BE.EW.01.02. Formwork adjusted. Awaiting completion of falsework.
