Defects update 27.07.16

 

 Old Bean escape door BE.EXED.00.01 ironmongery now updated- decorations still to be completed

 BE.EXID.01.02 Door still sticking. Also mag lock not functioning. Door closers also to be adjusted

 Radius handrails to link now fitted- awaiting finishes- lacquer

 BE.ID.01.05 door still sticking/ jamming open. HCL to address. Fire door

 Water ingress over BE.EW.01.05- damage to head and cill still to be addressed and source of water ingress still to be investigated and rectified

Water ingress over BE.EW.01.06- window head/ ceiling  still to be addressed and source of water ingress still to be investigated and rectified
